Our directors run a group of three pubs, with several team members who have been with us for 10+ years—something we’re really proud of. We work hard to make sure everyone feels valued and part of the team. Yearly staff get-togethers to celebrate success, plus an equal share of our 10% service charge, are just a couple of the ways we give back.
